Welcome to the Android Forums!
What brand/model Android device do you have? If it's a newer Android phone my recommendation is to uninstall it.
The newer builds of Android are much more intelligent when it comes to memory management. The OS knows what processes is running, which are inactive, and which are hibernating. Memory can be automatically re-allocated from these inactive processes, and processes can be deleted if they are no longer needed.
The challenge with many task killers is that they ultimately compete with the OS ATK sees a process that it thinks that Android no longer needs so it deletes it. Android sees that a process that it thinks it needs has terminated so it restarts it. ATK kills the process. Android restarts it. Etc. Etc. Etc.
