If I am currently rooted, with a nandroid backup and everything on my SD card (i think it automatically goes to the SD card right?), am I able to replace my SD card? I want an 8 or 16 gb instead of the 2gb one pre-installed. Is this possible? What would I have to do?

You can hook up to the PC in disk drive mode and copy the contents of the old card to your desktop. Then install new card and paste all the stuff onto it. You MAY want to format the card to FAT32 via the PC first since it seems to allow ease of use for certain root related applications. That said your new card may already be in that format IDK.
