What is Sprint's Customer Retention Number?


I have been without decent signal and internet signal since July 1 and they've only offered $15. I'm a 12 year customer and I'm ready to head to another carrier and I could care less what fricking phone number I take with me.

Just call customer service and ask for retention and explain your situation to them . They should offer you an airrave for free. That is what they did for me and since then I have had great servioce.
