I was wondering, what is the best anti-theft app for android?

It's good, that's for sure. It's on all the phones on my plan. I started using it well before the new Google find your phone thingy was available so just stuck with it.

Yes, I believe you can have 5 phones on 1 account.
Google does have device recovery, I've honestly not looked at it though.

Cerberus is hands down the best money I've ever spent on a mobile app

So many settings to help locate your phone and get some good pics of the wank that stole the thing

Free. Very simple. Does not require data plan. will remotely turn on your gps and obtain location via text messaging. Able to turn on an alarm to help you find the phone nearby. Also can remotely wipe data.
