What is the best shopping list app?

I have been searching for an app that works right for me. I would really like to have the following things (roughly in order of importance):

-creates multiple list
-save store info
-calculates the total
-has it so that i can enter in coupon info
-save reward cards info
-can send reminder for expiration dates
-items can be input by barcode
-speech to text
-list can be shared droid to droid

My two favorites right now are: My Pantry and Grocery IQ which are both free.

A combination of the 2 would be awesome. Thanks for your input in advance.
