Help what is the component that I should change?

The camera has some permanent black digital dots in certain spots which are annoying ruining photos and videos.

back to my question.should I replace Just rear camera lense or the whole camera parts or is it something else? I will buy the parts online and I want to find specifically what to search for.

Someone else here had the same issue but they just replaced the whole phone. If it's still under warranty, might as well get the whole thing replaced.
