What Kind of Phone is This?

My sister's birthday is coming up and I thought I will get her a phone. She loves the movie hop so I'm thinking of getting her a phone just like the pink beret bunny had but I do not know the unit of the phone. I know it is HTC but not sure what model exactly.

Both pretty much cheapest and most basic in the HTC range. Best phone by HTC? Not by any stretch of the imagination.
