My Dad Just got the HTC Desire (which I'm thrilled with he is not) any way i'D like an android phone of my own but I have a limited budget I don't have a problem getting the thing unlocked for my network but i'm wondering which one you recommend I'd like to get one that would be able to run PSX4droid so yeah what are your views. I should proably mention i'm in the UK on Vodaphone pay as you go

Hello jonemptage. Welcome to Android Forums.

Your question has been moved to the Android Lounge where it's a much better fit than in the News section. ;)

If you like the Desire then can I suggest you consider the Wildfire? Very cheap on Vodafone

for psx emulator i would recommend the droid X or one of the Galaxy S Phones. Big screen with a good processor is what you should be looking for

If you like the Desire and he doesn't, just find a phone he likes better and swap, then everyone's happy.

    Agree with Tricksy_rabbit.

I mean come on. The Wildfire does just the same but with a smaller screen and slower processor. I'm sure your dad can live with that so you can enjoy the Desire.

What price range are you looking at and what kind of features are important to you?
