You'll need to go into your phone settings, go to "Accounts and Sync" or something like that, hit the sync button. I think that's how it's done.

Also, apps won't transfer over. For any paid apps, they are tied to your gmail account. You'll need to use the same one on your new phone, when you go to the market and look at the app, it will say "Purchased" and youll be able to download it for free.

Yea, I didn't think it would "auto download" the apps. It just makes it so you don't have to pay for them again.
