I don't get the point. What's the benefit of a multi touch keyboard over a regular keyboard or swype? You can hold down one key, but it still recognizes the other keys? So what? What am I missing?

You can type faster on multitouch keyboards (first finger doesn't have to be off keyboard for second keypress to register)

yea pretty much. i use smart keyboard pro. it has great multitouch and i can set how loud i want the volume and how haptic i want the key press to be. i keep the vibrate key press on the lowest. i love the really soft feedback with with my volume at 67.

Edit: In my own opinion, smart keyboard pro has better multitouch. I tried the multitouch on droid x in store and it was great but was kinda glitchy at time. who knows? it could have been just that x but yea... kinda glitchy. smart keyboard seems smoother.

You can also use the shift key, just like on a regular keyboard. Hold the shift key down and press the letter you want to capitalize.
