What's the name of this weather app/widget?

Hi,

My friend got a new phone (HTC Desire) and he had this weather widget activated by default. We searched around on the phone, but all we found were several installed apps called "weather" or "weather service". Somewhere we also found the name Accuweather, which I tried but it looks totally different on my phone.

I really like the combination of the clock and the weather, is there any way to get the same look on my phone?

That appears to be the standard HTC weather clock widget.

You can approximate and maybe even like something better by searching the google play store on the computer where you can see screen shots better.

There is a number of similar apps. I use beautiful widgets because it allows a transparent background.

I think there is one that looks exactly the same as the one on HTC. Just search for "HTC Clock" on the play store. I turned up several results. You may want to check it out if its the one you want

Thanks for all the tips. I went with Beautiful Widgets because it allows me to easily change the clock. The clock there also comes very close to the HTC clock, apart from a few differences. But my phone is too slow for the Live Wallpaper, haha

Live wallpapers just drain battery - it's no great loss not using them
