Root [Sprint] Where do I Begin to s-off?

So I want to s-off my sprint Htc one and I do not know where to start as there are threads everywhere and I would like someone to put me on track through the process of gaining s-off, I'm rooted already and unlocked bootloader

Well I managed to find my way and root and unlock the phone, now I just need to know how to s-off

once you are unlocked and rooted,you need to run rumrunner or firewater to become s off.

firewater s-off

you may need to temporarily sidable securities(firwall and antivirus,etc) to download and run either tool to make it work on windows. i personally would recomend making an ubuntu 12.04 live cd and running them from that.
