Help Where to find downloaded pics

Hello everybody, I just got the HTC Shift and when I downloaded a picture from email, I am unable to locate it on my phone. Under the gallery option like in the Evo 4 there is not a folder called all downloads. Where can I find my downloaded pictures?

That really depends where you were downloading it from. If you accessed your email from a regular browser and got the picture it might be in a different folder than if you used for example Gmail stock application. I don't remember off the top of my head every single folder that's being used by default, but in order to find it, install any *good* file manager, like Astro File Manager and use the search button and type the name of the file and it will find it and you'll know where it is.
