I need more than 3 screens (in fact, I use all 7 with Home++). I don't have 2.1 yet and one of my friends who does says Home++ doesn't support live wallpapers. Is this true? If it is, which home app supports live wallpapers (and isn't ugly :) )?

Helixlauncher supports them. Not sure about any others, but i'm sure those that use it will give you an answer.

FYI I use Openhome and it works with live wallpaper pretty well, don't have any issue yet. Minimum lag with 5 screens setting.

I'm running Home++ (version 31) and Live Wallpapers work without a problem for me since upgrading to 2.1.

*****Ignore what I typed above....Live Wallpapers DO NOT work with Home++

Home++ has the best functionality but I went with Helix for now until Home++ gets upgraded. On a side note, I just got 2.1 and I was looking for live wallpapers on the market and it was running VERY slowly, often disconnecting. Does anyone else have thiis problem?

Helix doesn't work well with the new 2.1, there are some people reporting FC when using it

Home++ supports live wallpapers. At least, it does on the N1.

Ditto HelixLauncher2, but bear in mind that it was developed for the N1 to start with, so.

Helix works pretty well. I've had a couple of force closes, but nothing too major. The system over all seems to be a bit laggy. Don't know if it is Helix or not though.

Helix Launcher 1.2a on the Market supports live wallpapers, provides up to 7 screens, and has the additional quick launch buttons to either side of the app tray handle...in my experience live wallpapers will cause some lagginess...

Have you personally had this happen? I use it myself and only had the one that happened right after i installed the 2.1 update. After another reboot, i've not seen a single problem with it.

HelixLauncher has worked perfectly for me on both 2.0.1 and the new 2.1 update. Not a single FC and everything is very fast...

Helix works great on my phone, just don't try to use Helix2. It's only for the Nexus one right now.

Helix2 works okay on my OC'd droid, but I found the drawer lagging quite a bit. Reverted back to regular Helix since I love the docked apps. Works very well with DroidMod LWP. Haven't tried any of the other home apps in a while, Helix is pretty solid.
