None of the above. trust me, unless you're just buying them to play around with ROMs and rooting, you will regret buying a generic for daily use. they are fragile, unstable, crash-prone and unreliable. in addition, there is no Play Store, no dev community, and the only purpose for them is to have something cheap and easy to replace and practice dev work on. i'd rather mess around with a $60 Trio than mess around with a $499 Nexus 10 :)

Hi...
Dont go for any quadcore processors. As every processor have its clock speed it will decrease ur phones battery back up. So look at battery strength too.... dont mind on cost and processor. Dual core might be better for one day complete battery backup.

True to a point, dual core might meet the needs of the OP but processor, battery tech has improved to the point where more cores isn't necessarily detrimental to battery life.

There are obviously exceptions to that, but for the most part it's true.

I confirm that the Runbo x5 works very well. Battery lasts 1 to 3 days, depends on use. Double sim management works good and is made simple. Is Waterproof until 1 meter and shockproof.
Cons: VERY big (good for big men-hands).
I bought mine in 2013 from "itsto.re" , this one is not produced any more. Now they sell the Runbo x5+ and Runbo x6 there.

Just looking at specs and nothing else, UMI X2 or Lenovo K860

Lenovo K860 uses Exynos 4412 which means its faster than everything else on the list, same SoC as used on the Galaxy S3 so it's well supported, 5" 720p display, 8MP camera and 1GB of RAM

UMI X2 has a 5" 1080p display, 32GB storage and a 13MP camera but uses MediaTek MT6589 so it's relatively slow and has 2GB of RAM(Why?).

I would get the Lenovo K860, but UMI X2 is interesting.

I have been reading up a bit about that Panasonic and some people are suffering camera death with the P51. I think Panasonic is probably not a good choice, even though they normally make quality stuff, their experience in the Android phone market is not extensive.

I don't know much about the rest, but I am having some good times with the Lenovo A820. I think Lenovo can make some good phones. Congrats for not buying the typical Samsung device and opening your eyes to what's out there. There are heaps of Chinese manufacturers making good phones now.
