Root who can fix this phone

i give up...after long days learn and see and trying,,

now i give up..i am trying to fix my T-mobile my touch 3G with 3.5mm jack phones by my self...
it's stuck on RUU with hexagonal chip..
i buy this from ebay seller for $97, he has flashing with wrong RUU update.

fastboot flash remote not allowed
signature checking FAILED(remote : 12 signature verify fail)..

who can fixing this phone..please PM me..
i will send it to you,
and sure, i will pay for it..
