Who do I need to speak to in order to get file and picture sharing on google chat?

Hey All,

New to the forum here. But I noticed that google chat is lacking file and picture sharing.

I'm under the impression that the higher ups clearly don't know this is the case because this is a fundamental thing to leave out in such a widely used chat program.

I'd like to know who is directly in charge of the google chat program so that I can email them and inform them of this. And if the case is that it cannot be done, what alternatives can be provided for this to take place. Especially for those with plans that only allow facebook and IM messaging.

They're aware of the features that are needed in the gtalk app but they're pretty slow with gtalk updates.

Any particular link or site or suggestion section I should be looking for?

I'd talk to google but I'd like to talk directly to THAT department of google.

Is there a number that can be called or email directly to these people?
