Title show say: why am i NOT eligible for N1 upgrade.

My 24mo contract expired in Dec '09. So, I'm thinking if I could upgrade to N1. So, I went to the google site,
    - get my phone
    - select the T-Mobile radio button
    - select No, I want to modify my existing individual plan - continue
    - select No, I want to modify my existing individual plan, then enter in my current T-Mo number and last 4 soc #, then select I'd like to upgrade the phone on my existing T-Mobile individual plan., then check the Terms and Condition - Continue
    - the system then comes back giving me the only option to buy phone @ $529.

Did I miss something during the upgrade steps? Thanks!

It is because you are out of contract the the system is not seeing your current plan. Not for sure but thats what I would say

My contract will be due on April. I called a T-Mobile representative, and they informed me that I was already qualified to get the N1. I would call 611 to ask them first. If they say you were qualified, ask them what to do.

I however would change to another carrier when my contract expires. The N1 wasn't worth the expensive monthly plan it came with. Goodluck!
