Unrooting closes the root access and removes SuperSu and Busybox. Some files in the OS will still be modified until you factory reset.

There are generally three things you need to take care of when unrooting fully (for warranty reasons for example).

    Unroot
    Reset Flash Counter
    Factory Reset.

When using custom ROMs you also have to reflash stock / restore custom recovery.

Did you flash the stock Samsung firmware for your phone's CSC code that it came with, out-of-the-box, see #2.0 of the Rooting Galaxy S4 - Dummies Guide, and remember to reset the hidden binary counter?

How to reset binary counter without triangle away
  4. So if I do a factory reset the device's status will return to normal ??

Not if you have not flashed the phone's stock firmware, if you were on a custom ROM, for its CSC code and reset the binary counter as both Gomjaba and I mention.
