Help wi-fi error after framaroot

i have samsung galaxy win i8552 and i did a root process by framaroot program then my wi-fi section is not getting active i unroot delete all framaroot and superuser files from phone but it didn't work how can i fix my wi-fi?

Thing is the Samsung i8552 is NOT an Exynos or Omap device, it's Qualcomm AFAIK. So something might have got borked and has messed-up the WiFi during the rooting. But that's only my best guess though.

You might have to wipe the phone and re-installed the original un-rooted Samsung ROM. But I've never done that.

i also completely wiped my phone but and re-installed my software but nothing happened !
