Root Widget Size Error

I just recently installed Tranquility coming from Liberty (because of this issue) and to try tranquility out and i started to enjoy it til i had this issue, however if i flash back to my backup of APex then i dont have an issue with the widgets, included is 2 screenshots of my dilemma

Lol at the time did you not know how to resize widgets?

it was something wrong in the adw launcher lol
