Help Wife's brand new Droid 2 gets crappy signal.

My Wife just got a Droid 2 last week and it is actually dropping calls. Her env3 NEVER EVER dropped a call. It is not our location because you could put my LG next to hers and I'll have 3-4 bars and she will have 0-1. I never ever drop calls either. Isn't there some sort of number you have to dial to re-set your location or whatever? If this doesn't help, what should we do next?

Ok. Had to call 3 times because it kept dropping signal. Finally had to hold it way up high in the air to get it go through. Said "Programmed successfully". Then I set it back on the desk and it's at only 1 bar again. My LG ally is literally 3 inches away from it and has 3 bars. Hmmmm.

Go see your VZW rep. My D2G gets great service everywhere, even places my old enVtouch didn't.
