Help Wifi and usb dont work?

so for some reason my htc vivid's wifi and usb debugging for connecting to comp dont work any more! the wifi just says trying to connect the restarts and does it over an over and like I said the debug isnt working on my phone either not sure what happened. I was rooted and everything was fine then out of no where about 4 days ago it started do this. I think wifey might have been playing around with something in phone she wasnt soppose to hell I could i guess but I know i havent changed a thing in settings or deleted anything from the phone in almost a month and at that I only delete apps I purchase so dont think i did anything. Any suggestions pplease?
