Help Wifi problems

Hello all, I bought a nexus10 for my wife and after running it for the second day i have noticed after getting a weak signal( or no signal) in the lounge and then moving back into a good signal area the tablet wont let me back on the internet without re-booting the tablet? any ideas of the problem, I hope i don't need to send it back to America for repair as i ordered it fromthere as the Nexus10 is not available in Austria, any help would be much appreciated, first tablet! i have no idea unfortunately.

Try changing WiFi frequency to a lower setting - i.e. 2.4GHz?
