    What's the best wifi tether for a rooted samsung galaxy precedent. I have tried many and they don't work.

    Get the green wifi tether for root user it want get u in any trouble with your carrier and its made by the same guy

    Download wifi for root users in play. Its yellow, not green.

    open app

    tap menu, settings, change device profile

    select galaxy indulge

    tap back

    select change setup method

    select soft tap (master)

    reboot

    it will not work unless you make these changes.

    This gets u into routing mode n u can connect 5 dwvices and now connect things like ps3 ect.

    Green wifi teather is addhoc only

    You can also use Foxfi, it works for non-rooted phones as well...

    MY SOLUTION: Verizon Samsung Galaxy S3 Wifi Tether For Rooted Users Not Working

    I rooted my newly purchased Verizon Samsung Galaxy S3 Jelly Bean 4.2.1 Stock today. Latest Wifi Tether For Root Users App failed repeatedly. Downloaded a prior TrevE Mod 3_3 found by Googling Wifi Tether and clicking the download link IN THE RESULTS SUMMARY

    Installed. Works perfect so far. Hope this helps someone.
