Root Wildfire S stuck to HTC screen while upgrade to JellyBean

I was trying to upgrade my Wildfire S from 2.3.5 to Jelly bean.
I did everything like Unlock from HTC Dev,CWM 5.0.2.8, rooted & updated with zip file cyanogen mod 10 marvel (GSM-Asia).
When I reboot the handset it is always stuck to htc screen. Even I have waited for around for 30 mins but the handset wasn't responded anything over HTC Screen.

Now the case is that the Handset is stuck on the HTC screen and I dont have a backup to restore. So cant use the Handset for any function. I am able to access the HBOOT menu.

Please provide the best solution.

Unfortunately some devices have that problem. But you will be able to revert back to stock rom here

I have tried to RUU with

RUU_Marvel_S_hTC_Asia_India_2.13.720.1_Radio_47.23a.35.3035H_7.53.39.03M_release_225848_signed_2

For my HTC WildFire S India GSM. But the error which I am getting is Error 140.

Please guide where I went wrong.

MY HBOOT read like follows -

Usually, if an RUU doesn't work, it is because it's not the right one for your phone. I will have a quick check to see if we can't find a different one for you. Could you let us know if your phone is carrier branded or unbranded?

You could try this RUU (which has the same numbers in the Radio as you have put in your post above): RUU_Marvel_S_HTC_ARA_2.26.415.2_Radio_47.23e.35.3038H_7.57.39.10M_release_262618_signed.exe

Sorry for the delay in replying.

When you say it was updating, do you mean it was an official OTA update or were you flashing a custom ROM? Have you tried turning the phone off and back on?
