Will sim free S4 phones come as 3G or 4G?General

    Here in the UK?

    Anybody know? Planning on buying sim free but when my carrier gets 4G will want to get a new sim to work with 4G coverage..

    APPARENTLY the UK gets both. But maybe it is the same deal like we have seen with the S3 where the LTE model is only being sold by EE. Other option is import - even Amazon sold LTE unlocked phones but they were imports.

    "Three"'s website mentions that they are getting the "Ultrafast" model so who knows - we'll find out in four weeks :)

    For now - they will include LTE eventually in their Ultrafast range

    Yes they are planning to start rolling it out in October. But they don't know wheres getting it first

    By the time the coverage is sorted the S5 is probably being released :)

    I hardly get any coverage in my area (Cambridgeshire) - even broadband is around 3Mbits when I am lucky ...

    I presume that it takes a micro SIM, like the S3. If you have a full size SIM, you will have to exchange it through your carrier.
