    My old App - DroidCam
I just released my first app (a side project I decided to do) - DroidCam. It lets you use your phone as a webcam over WiFi, with Bluetooth support pending.

Look for it in the market :D All feedback welcome!

Love the app! Works great on Windows 7 x64 but flash support would be awesome! I cant get it to work with any flash stuff at all, but all separate applications seem to work.

Does this have audio support through the phone's microphone, or is it just video?

For now, it's just video. technically, I had audio fully working before release - but none of the common chat apps (Skype/MSN/etc..) recognized the "Fake Microphone". So I had to leave it out..

Did you follow the instructions on the blog? Don't worry about the port number, its extremely unlikely you need to change that.

    Hello everyone,

I just released the new version of DroidCam, and after a LOT of work, a new app - DroidCamX.

DroidCam should now be available to 1.5 devices.

If you didn't know, DroidCam let's you use your phone as a webcam on your computer: AndroidSPIN App Review: DroidCam – Turn your Android phone into a Webcam

Check it out, let me know if you have any problems :)

I used the beta before which was perfect, installed it on Win 7 x64, device manager had the webcam, so did skype etc
Now downloaded v3, installed only found an audio driver with an error (which im not too concirned about as i do not aim to use the audio)
However there was no DroidCam Webcam driver in device manager nor skype.

An other issue i have is that DroidCamX i am unable to find that in market for my phone but i am able to find DroidCamX Pro

Did you uninstall the old version of the client as descried on the blog? (Clean uninstall with no traces of the webcam/mic remaining)

And DroidCamX is the pro version ;)

Are you looking for a reliable Baby monitor to help keep track of your baby?
    Check out Munchkin Monitor!
It's the result of a lot of hard work, and I really hope it will prove useful to all parents out there!

The app lets you pair 2 (or more) Android devices, and use one as a "Baby Station" (or, "Munchkin" station ;)) and the rest as "Parent Station"(s).

The Munchkin station will send real-time updates to all connected Parent stations about noise levels, and will alert if there is too much noise, or if there is a timeout. The app also supports picture transfer, with audio and live video support coming soon!! App works over Wifi/3G/LTE - anywhere you have internet access. You are not limited to the same Wifi network, and you dont have to mess with firewall setting or anything like that :)

Now supports audio talk-back and live video over Wifi!

Note: you may have to uninstall / re-install it in the Play Store.
