Help Won't accept order for paid APP

Hi - I can download free APP's no problem. But, when I try to pay for one I've selected I continually get a pop up saying that there is a server problem, try again or cancel.
Same thing regardless if I am on 3G or WiFi. Ideas? Thanks - Tom

Message the dev to see if it is a problem on his end. Otherwise just wait a couple hours and try again.
