I had it rooted for a while (week or so) and it started acting up, so I unrooted it, or at least tried, several times, and finally superuser went away, etc.

Now, after I factory reset it, it says "system update available"
I click it, it does it's thing, reboots, and then it shows the little android guy with a white triangle with an orange exclamation point in it, and basically just does nothing.

I've tried everything! factory reset doesn't work, and it just will NOT upgrade.

Is there a way to do it manually, did it not get fully unrooted? because superuser is no longer there..

Hi ChristiBeth and welcome to the forums! :)

Being rooted ad Superuser may not be your issue here.

If you still have ClockworkMod Recovery installed, that will block OTA updates. You would have to flash the STOCK recovery that came with the phone out of the box. Hope this helps.
