Help Wont update to Jellybean after motherboard change

Hi,
My Galaxy Note died last month after i received OTA update for Jellybean last month. I took it to a service center here in Sweden and they change the motherboard. Now it wont update over the air and when I connect it through Kies I get a message that this device cannot be updated Via Kies. Any suggestion on what to do? I really like Jelly bean and I would like it without rooting my phone.

Does that mean you are now running JellyBean?
