Wow- you could use a calendar app to plan your workouts ahead of time, enter your planned reps, enter what you actually achieve, log all your meals, and even calculate the amount of protein, carbs, fat, and sugars in grams for each meal, for each day, or even week/month. GPS can be tied in to locate gyms or hotels with fitness centers for busy travellers...

My brother is very hungry at present. He used to be pretty round when he was a child, but now is slim and tall. When ever people see after a long time, they ask that if he is on dieting. I have read an article that dieting lead to ulcers. Is it true? What is you opinion? What are some low calorie yet filling foods? Please let me have your ideas. Thank you in advance.

I have received an update from SportyPal, that have added a indoor workout log/diary where you can manually add the exercises like push ups, reps, treadmill running etc. Haven't tried yet, but it says that has an many calories counters and many exercises to choose from but without meal/nutriotion log for now

This cardio trainer is cool, and I want to have this to my mobile phone. I can be more active in training if this thing is on my mobile.
