Obviously the World Cup hasn't started yet, but when it does, I think I'm going to be using this nifty little app to stay on top of things while I'm at work. Classy interface, with a live news feed related to the matches. You can keep track of the scores and the standings in the brackets. There is even an option to watch matches live (although I can't comment on how that works yet, as there aren't any matches being broadcast yet.)

It's intuitive, looks nice, and is going to give me all the information I need to stay on top of how everybody's doing. I can't wait for the World Cup to start!

    sounds quality.

I noticed Ladbrokes quietly released a betting app into the market last night called kickoff. Looks to be a world cup betting app where you can follow the teams and make traditional bets on them (like first goal scorer, win-draw-win etc). It's integrated with the online account so if you already have an account just download and away you go.

Pretty sweet - so now i can make a few quid while down the pub watching En-ger-land!
