Where should I start, on screen keyboard is lame hit a letter picks a totally different letter, when I browse on the internet scroll with my finger (one finger) the screen is jittery gets big and small can't really browse the internet. On home screen try to pick an app picks a different app I want to use. The 4G sucks get only 2 to 3 mps my DSL is faster than 4G. OK is there a update or should i take this phone back get a replacement it well past my 14 days. Or tell Verizon shove there phone up there ass cancel my contract

All of these seem like you have a defective touch screen.

Don't blame that on the phone, blame it on your coverage. You obviously don't have a good 4G signal. I get about 25 down and 8 up.

There is no update that will fix a defective hardware issue.
I suggest taking your phone to Verizon and explaining the issue. If you haven't done anything that could cause this (dropping in on the ground/water) you should still be in the within the manufacture's warranty period.

Good luck, and don't be so quick to call a phone the "worst smartphone ever" because you received a defective one.

    I only have 2 complaints.

    1) No Jellybean yet.
    2) Doesn't cook me bacon.

I've notiiced the same keyboard issue, but only when in the dock. Mostly the only things I don't like about it is the Motorola stuff (keyboard, for example, never could get into swipe).

You're complaining about an on screen keyboard when you have a physical keyboard?

    ?????

I can see why one handed portrait typing it more convenient. Either way, though, there are plenty of 3rd party keyboards to remedy this issue
