How do I change to 228 PRL and will I be able to change back if it ends up not working better? Sorry I'm a noob to phones

your not "changing to 228 PRL"

your going on your phone and dialing *228 - verizon a specific programing phone # - and selecting option #2 at the prompt and that updates your Preferred Roaming List. no, you cannot go back once you do it... but it is a smart to do every few months
