General WOW! This review is scathing towards this tablet

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 Review: An Embarrassing, Lazy, Arrogant Money Grab

To date I've only read extremely positive reviews regarding this tablet--I came across this one last night and my jaw dropped. Read it and you'll see what I mean.

Afterwards come back and let us know could this reviewer possibly have gotten a bad note or are the flaws he mentioned for real? What has your experience been?

The only argument that dude makes is not having NFC. Its like the whole article was an uproar how NFC was not included. But it doesn't make it "embarrassing, lazy" imo.

What I got out of the review was he liked nothing about the device. One complaint after another. From build to software; nothing he said made this tablet worth a $500 buy.
Which is why he called it a lazy money grab.

The build quality on mine is nothing like what he describes; I don't have any flexing, creaking, etc...and it has to be designed NOT look like an ipad or the Crapple babies will sue everyone.

Yeh ditto here parrot, mine is actually pretty well made plastic, and in the past I've hated Samsung phonepphone plastic quality. It's a tad ugly, but that's apple's fault for suing everyone, every time they start to lose market share. I read that same review, but for utility and performance combined, imo, it definitely can't be beaten.

I played with one earlier this afternoon at Best Buy and it was nothing like described in this guys review. I even tried to make it squeak and squall.... I got nothing.

The whole site seems to be all about how much smarter they are than any google or other android builder. Some of these 'Android____' sites seem to be all about ripping Samsung and saying how much better they could do things and makes it tough to find decent information about phones or tablets before buying. Glad I found this one early on, made deciding on the LTE Evo easy, although I am thinking about giving it to my mom when her upgrade comes up and getting the GSIII.

Couldn't agree more. I find many sites to be very negative towards Samsung which I don't think is fair at all.

Just because the housing flex's does not mean it will fail or cause damage to anything inside. I am sure everyone wants to grab a tablet and bend it. He tried to break off the memory card cover? Guess he plans on returning it to Best Buy what a jerk. To me it's just one goofy person trying to play tablet expert. AP sure has a great worker is he a paper boy? I read enough of Mr.Ron Amades long rambling description of the Samsung Galaxy 10.1 Notes Table. Along with all the video the pictures and screen shots. The last picture of the Tablet and box in a trash can, I feel was unneeded and a little nasty of him.
To me it's just another person writing a nasty report of what they think, and who really cares what someone like him is reporting. I don't think his report will really have any effect of the sales of the new Samsung tablet. Most people buying the tablet understand if they do not like it they can return it from where it was bought. Best Buy and Amazon will except returns with no questions asked.:)
