Write on screen

I currently have a Palm Treo 700P, but I plan on buying a HTC EVO. One of the applications that I have on the Treo is called MobileWrite. I can write on the touch screen and what I write is then inserted into Notes, Memo's, Calendar, Contacts, etc. I have found this to be very convienient. I hope that someone will write the software for the Android that will do the same on the EVO that I am going to purchase. Being able to save a sketch to the EVO would be great for people that have great ideas or to send their ideas to others over the phone.
