Visitor: got it, okay well, please let your supervisors and higher tech know that many customers are approaching the end of their remorse periods to return their phones without a contract. Samsung should at least provide more updated news on the GPS problem, possibly give us reassurance that it is indeed only software and not hardware based problems. Further, Samsung should work with the cell phone carrier to possibly extend the remorse period for Vibrant and Captivate owners. Hopefully you pass my suggestion along to your higher authoritites.
