I noticed the keyboard on the X doesnt have the little icon on the bottom so that you can make the keyboard disappear if you want to look at something then come back to typing. Does anyone know if there is a way to do this or not?

Idk. Would pressing the back button make it go away?

That's how it works on both my Droid and my Wife's Eris. I'm guessing it is probably how it works for Android devices in general.

Actually I have the Eris, it has a little drop keyboard button in the bottom left corner as well. Not sure how that's gonna work on the X.

I don't think my G1 had it, but I believe both my Eris and Incredible did. I always assume it was because of the HTC Keyboard, I don't ever remember it being on swype when I installed in on the Incredible.
