Help x86 emulation currently requires hardware acceleration!

I AM USING WINDOWS 8.1 & AMD FX 6300 PROCESSOR & ASUS MOTHERBOARD, WHILE USING ANDROID STUDIO 1.0.2, while i run the project ERROR shows
emulator: ERROR: x86 emulation currently requires hardware acceleration!
Please ensure Intel HAXM is properly installed and usable.
CPU acceleration status: HAX kernel module is not installed!

please help me ...
