Help Xperial U locked due to Mcafee Security-Pin required

I am using Sony Xperia U, I am from India and I was using Airtel SIM card, but now I am in AfricaGuinee, so try to insert local SIM card of Cellcom, but its block my cell by Mcafee security. My Number in India is not working now as I am here in Guinee. As my Mobile get blocked, the number I register as my buddy, is recieved the msg regarding informing me doubt of theft. I forget my PIN number and so try to use link forgot pin, its displayes like PIN will be sms to my buddy which I need to insert within 60 min., but that PIN is not receiving on my Buddy's number in INDIA. I tried the same action by inserting both SIM card alternately.
