Help Yahoo email probs...I get email but can't send...

I'm using a MotoDroid and have Yahoo set up. I can get emails through yahoo IMAP but I cannot send emails. They just stay in my outbox and when I click send...it says connection errror. SHould my wifi be on or off too?

I am a newbie and had the same problem on Droid-X. So I called the customer care. No wait, got connected immediately. He told me to power off, pull out the battery, wait 30 secs and restart.

It worked! All the email was merrily on its way.

It was only Yahoo though, I never had any issue with gmail.

I have to see if this problem persists though. You might want to try the same.

What if youve done this and it still doesnt send the emails? How can I get them sent?

I've had this same issue before with my yahoo account, but eventually it sends through. I transitioned to gmail and have had no problems since.
