You'd think that there'd be an app that arranges your app icons on your home screens by usage

In other words, how cool would it be to have an app that auto arranges all your application icons onto your 7 home screens based on usage (favorites being used most and then in descending order). So of course home screen 1 would have the icons to the apps you use most commonly, and so on down through screen 2 and 3, etc...

Is there one like this I don't know about?
