Okay, so I want to start this thread and get everyone to share how they have their phone setup. Case, launcher, mods, xposed apps, maybe even favorite root apps? I'll start off with mine.

My case: http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=400792396476&alt=web
Launcher: Nova Prime
Mods: I used the bootanimation thread on XDA (listed in our all things root forum) and changed my boot animation to android L, also changed the Samsung emoji to iOS emoji using emoji switcher from the market.
Xposed module list: http://goo.gl/L7qxN0 (Link to dropbox screenshots)

Continue this thread, share your home screens and other various tweaks/mods and xposed apps with everyone!

I know this thread is a little old but wanted to share my setup and accessories . Launcher is Stock T-Mobile touch wiz , Launch-X Pro scrollable widget . Weather Clock. I got the glare resistant screen covers and while it makes the screen a little grainy it works great for using outside on a sunny day . I loved the feel of the phone before the case but it is a necessity. It does make navigating near the edges harder but overall a good case .

Hey guys I know it's been awhile since people have posted but I had a couple questions. I'd like to use the stock ROM (just because it has ALL features of the phone) but I can't stand the stock colors for all the menus. That weird teal/blue/green. When I tried xposed previously I could only edit the navbar/drop down menu.

Can xposed edit ALL colors of the ROM? I've looked for guides to use it but basically found nothing and went through trial and error with no luck.

For customizing the stock ROM, wanam xposed is your only real option as far as changing colors but like you said that only works for the status bar, quick settings, notification drawer, and system settings app. To do any more than that you will have to learn how to edit the system apps yourself.

Alright, that's what I was afraid of. I have many complaints about stock but color is my #1 and is the main reason I wanted to run AOKP. It's driving me up a wall having to use my lock button during calls though. I guess here's to hoping 12.1 ends up being stable since they already have the prox sensor working.

Launcher is Nova Prime
Keyboard I use is SwiftKey
I use dock 4 Droid (can't believe that I didn't use this sooner, saves so much time and better options then regular recent app switcher... and you can access with a touch anywhere you're at)
browser I use is chrome with resource tweaks http://www.phonearena.com/news/How-...-Android-by-making-it-eat-up-less-RAM_id70070

all in one toolbox for maintenance and cleaning

Never did get around to rooting this, although it would have been nice to use third-party file manager but the Samsung one has been fine enough
