youtube as mp3 or ipod playing

hi there im using a galaxy note from bell , but previously i was using a iphone 4 and when i used to play youtube vids there was an option where i can close it and double click the home key and play it as audio only...is there a app i can download that lets me do that ?

secondly , since i updated to 4.04 is there any way i can take screen shots of the home screen because with 2.3 i was able to and since i updated to 4.04 i am not longer able to
