I have had my tablet for a week and it has frozen on the screeen as it it booting up. I have tried resetting it, powering on and off, leaving it unplugged and draining the battery to see if it would reset upon plugging back in. Any ideas what to do? It is a great device, but I am at a loss on how to get to the homepage. Thank you, jckele
