ZMax Pro HotSpot & VPN's

I just recently purchased the ZMax Pro. If I use my HotSpot or Tathering to power my internet for my work laptop. How do I add a VPN to the phone or what do I need to do to make the phone allow my VPN to connect? Before, my previous phone (LG Stylo) allowed to to connect to the hotspot and my VPN and Call Agent will work just fine. Now my VPN wont connect and my Call Agent wont log onto the server? Its does this only when using the phone hotspot.

Have u figured out a solution or no cause I'm still struggling to figure out why it does this
