Help ZTE Source Encryption Unsuccessful

I really need help from someone, yesterday on my phone (ZTE Source) I was using it like usual and then it shows up that everything has crashed, and so I reset it and when it turned back on it said encryption unsuccessful. It's bricked so I can't access anything and I've already tried to do a factory reset but I won't let me. Also, I don't have any custom ROM's or anything, and I'm not too familiar with fixing mobile devices, I need help please.
