Default About Root, Need Help!

I rooted my phone and thought it had somehow become unrooted a few weeks ago. I didn't really care. Now I want to flash a new rom, so I tried two different root methods, and both say it's already rooted. But rom manager says it isn't and superuser says i'm not too. I don't know what's wrong

I'm sorry to hear about the experiencing you are having, I am going to move this to the All Things Root Section to see if you can get some help there.

Can you restore a backup you made with nandroid?

Either that or follow the sticky to manually flash a rom

Sounds like you could flash superuser in recovery to get it back to normal. Does your recovery still say s-off?
