Default Radio question for you who live in southern California

I was wondering what radio you guys use that seems to be the best radio for la/orange county. Im using cm7 and mr2 radio. But lately my 4g has had a hard time staying connected to 4g. Thanks guys

Hey turbo I don't live in So Cal but the MR2 radio is outdated now and the OTA radio has been available for a while. I would suggest you flash the OTA radio and see if that helps you out some.

You can download the OTA radio here http://androidforums.com/thunderbolt-all-things-root/399960-radios-recoveries-hboot-updated-9-24-a.html#post3104540

No problem hopefully that radio will resolve the issues you have been having.

i have been on MR2 forever (not having any problems), but id like to upgrade if its outdated.

would you recommend GB leak 5? it says (OTA?) as if they arent sure.

also 4g is supposedly coming to my area in a week. should i DL the GB 4th leak?

just wondering b/c i rarely flash radios--

any response would be appreciated.

The 5th GB possible OTA is the OTA radio. I would suggest you upgrade to it since all the bolts in your area that got the OTA are running it.

thanks man! updated no problem at all. radio works! there was an article in my paper saying that VZW 4gLTE was coming to my town Dec. 15. If so, this radio will intercept that signal?!

either way thanks!

Yeah it should. The OTA radio is the most updated radio on the TB so when LTE comes to your area you should be fine.
